About the Journal

The UCLAEH LAW JOURNAL, published by the Faculty of Law of the Latin American Center for Human Economy (CLAEH) since 1958 (CLAEH University since 2017), is a digital journal and is the first legal journal of the institution open to the entire academic community in Uruguay and abroad.

Publication model: Revista de Derecho de UCLAEH operates under a continuous publication model within an annual volume, with editorial closure on November 15 each year.

Articles are published individually throughout the year, immediately after completing the peer review and editing process.

The full volume is finalized and published from November 15 of the current year.
